There
have recently been many economical, political,
social and organizational changes due to challenges
posed by globalization.
As a
result, societies and individuals alike find
themselves forced to keep up with these changes.
This requires a process of restructuring of all jobs
in both the public and private sectors.
Consequently, secretarial and business
administration fields have to copy with this new
development because of an indispensable need in all
companies and institutions. The secretary's job is a
key and vital factor in achieving success. Her job
includes, but is not limited to organization,
correspondence, communication, filing, computer
work, keeping confidential and important
information, and most importantly giving a first
impression to clients.
Therefore, a good and successful secretary should be
well trained to master these skills. The role of the
secretary can be so important that they can, for
instance, make or break a deal.
Accordingly, and because of the growing importance
of the secretary's job, our center has put great
emphasis on developing and offering comprehensive
courses to qualify students to be outstandingly
successful and internationally trained executive
secretaries .
